This week’s TwitQ question is all about “Runner’s Knee” — what is it? how do you know if you have it? How can you treat it? How would we assess and treat someone who has it and comes to us for help.

The video talks about the pathologies surrounding the term Runner’s Knee, the clinical treatments that are used, and then go on to show some self myofascial release – before showing a couple of exercises that really help to build strength and rehabilitate the area.
