Luke “BigSlow” Barnatt S&C Camp Preview

On 24th Sept 2011 Luke “BigSlow” Barnett made his professional MMA debut at CFC 11 in Brentwood, Essex.

Luke was fighting Chris Greig, a very experienced professional fighter – and defeated him with strikes in the second round. The fight was awarded “Fight of the Night” out of 13 matches on the card that evening.

Luke contacted us in the build-up to his fight asking us to design and host an 8-week pre-fight Strength & Conditioning camp -designed to prepare him for his debut, and to help his transition into a professional fighter.
