Here's all the information you need to get involved!

How to use our services

If you’ve seen what our clients have to say about us, you’ve seen the team and you’ve flicked through our blog to see what we’re currently up to, then you’ll be wondering how much it costs and whether we’re able to help you. The answer to the latter question is simple – yes, we can absolutely help you, and we’d be delighted to (especially if you think you’re really broken!). This is how our services are structured…

Sports Medicine

Our Sports Medicine service cost £45 per appointment after an initial appointment of £60. (Note that you can use the Consultation Pack offer described below to get a free session!)

Strength & Conditioning

After an initial assessment with one of our therapy team, our 1:1 Personal Coaching service costs £38-41/session on an ‘Autopay’ basis and £45 per session on a ‘Pay-as-you-go’ basis. Autopay clients buy a block of sessions (e.g. 4, 8 or 12) every four weeks on their credit/debit card and use them within that four-week period; by doing so they receive a 10-15% discount and get priority booking into our diary. Pay-As-You-Go clients have the flexibility of buying as many sessions as they like and using them whenever they like, but it costs more and they may not be able to book into the peak-time slots they want.

Group Coaching

Our ‘Group Coaching Area’ can be booked for groups of 6 (or 3) athletes for £51/hour – that’s £8.50 per session per athlete. We would typically look to programme in 6-8 week blocks depending on the needs of your sport, but the area can also be booked for one-off sessions/ training camps. The area comes with three power racks, a coach, and a periodised training plan for your groups’ needs.

Consultation Pack

If you’ve never used our services before and/or you’d like help with an injury, then our ‘Consultation Pack’ is almost certainly the best option for you to start with.

The Consultation Pack gives you four sessions of whatever-you-need for a single price of £149. Depending on your requirements, we can help you to decide what is the best combination of services you need to get the biggest ‘bang for your buck’ in the time available. If, at the end of the four sessions, we’ve fixed your injury or you’ve received the coaching knowledge you need from us, then you can leave us knowing that you’re always very welcome to return on an ad-hoc basis; however the vast majority of people are so happy with their results that they immediately set new goals for the next phase of training.

Example 1

Hellen suffers from pain in her knee when she runs for more than a few miles. In session one, we assess and determine that the problem is related to her hip instability and weak core. We prescribe a mixture of therapy, corrective exercise, running technique work and a running plan. Session two is a mixture of therapy and corrective exercise. Session three is an introduction to freeweights exercises designed to help support her running. In session four we carry out a gait analysis, prescribe running drills and build upon exercise technique. Helen leaves us with an 8-week running plan.

Example 2

Steve is a keen amateur hockey player who would like us to design him an off-season programme. Session one is an assessment of his functional movement patterns, his upper and lower body function, core stability etc. In session two we teach him a corrective exercise programme and a bespoke dynamic warm up designed from the findings of the initial assessment. Sessions three and four are spent teaching and reviewing his exercise technique. Steve is then sent away with a programme to complete in the gym in his garage, with regular review sessions once a month.

Example 3

Khalid had shoulder surgery, completed the physiotherapy he was offered by the hospital, but he feels that it’s still not right. Session one is a thorough assessment of his injury and a discussion of our findings and proposed course of treatment. Sessions two and three combine hands-on therapy in our treatment rooms as well as an introduction to corrective exercise methods to help rehabilitation. Session four is spent learning specific exercises that he can complete at his workplace gym. Khalid continues his sessions on a personal coaching basis, setting goals to aid his cricket training.
