Our methods occupy the 'gap' between traditional therapy techniques and traditional strength coaching. This means that we can treat you with theraputic techniques if and when you need them, but our coaches can work on establishing the strength and movement patterns to prevent re-occurance as soon as you are capable. If you're already injury free - we start work straight away!

Your starting point is an assessment
The first thing we have to do when we start work with a new client is to carry out our trademark musculo-skeletal screening. This (almost exertion free) assessment is unique to us and is absolutely world-class.
Our screening is specifically designed to get a complete snapshot of how your body is set up - to determine both your static and dynamic posture. From this we can tell exactly what muscles you use, don't use or overuse, areas that are tight and need stretching, as well as areas that are weak and need strengthening.
Once this screening is complete, we know exactly where you are starting on our training continuum, and we can discuss our findings with you along with your goals and our reccomendations for the best way to proceed. Assuming that you think our suggestions seem sensible, we start you on your development stages...
Next step - start our stages of development
Once your screening is complete, we next hand you over to the most appropriate coach for your needs, who will be responsible for your development for the duration of your time with us (or until your needs change - for example, from therapy to sprint coaching). This coach will devise your training/ nutrition plans.
Although they don't necessarily need to know it, every client's training seamlessly moves through our 'stages of development'. This process means that as soon as you are capable, we move you onto the next stage of your development - and not before. This means that you are making the fastest possible progress that you can make without ever setting yourself up for an injury.
As you move through the stages of development, the training plans and nutrition guidelines we set for you will change. If you're currently at Stage 1, then the chances are you'll be set lots of stretches and foam rolling; If you're at Step 5 then you'll have some extremely specific training and dietry requirements to extract every last possible bit of performance improvement.
